5.2 Typically, registration and communication data are retained for five (5) years post the last
interaction, unless otherwise required by law.
5.3 Financial transaction records are preserved for audit and tax compliance as per UAE Federal
retention periods.
5.4 Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

This Policy and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the Courts of Dubai, UAE, while maintaining conformity with GDPR and Indian IT Rules for data subjects in those regions.
