
REFUND, CANCELLATION, DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

This Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions, payments, cancellations, and deliveries made through www.testtwenty.com (“Website”), operated by Parity Sports Services LLC, having its registered office at 218, Al Suaidi Building, Plot 247-0, Al Baraha Rd, Al Baraha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Parity Sports Services LLC is promoted by One One Six Network Limited (UK) and manages the global cricket format known as Test Twenty® and a tournament platform called Junior Test Twenty ChampionshipTM.
By completing a transaction on the Website, the User (“you” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained herein.
SCOPE
1.1 This Policy applies to:
(a) player and guardian registrations for trials, camps, or tournaments;
(b) digital services or event-related communications; and
(c) future physical merchandise or promotional goods sold under the Test Twenty® brand.
1.2 The Policy forms an integral part of the Website’s Terms & Conditions.
NATURE OF SERVICES
2.1 Digital Services: Player registrations, event access, and confirmation credentials are delivered
electronically through automated email and dashboard links.
2.2 Physical Goods (Future Scope): Merchandise and collectible items may be offered in future
seasons; corresponding delivery clauses herein shall apply at that time.
PAYMENTS
3.1 All fees are displayed in the relevant transactional currency (INR, AED, USD) and processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
3.2 Upon successful payment, Users receive an automated confirmation email and digital receipt.
3.3 Payment details are encrypted and handled directly by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
3.4 All applicable taxes, GST/VAT, and bank charges are borne by the User unless otherwise stated.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Non-Refundable Registrations: All confirmed registrations for trials or tournaments are non-refundable, except in the circumstances detailed below.
4.2 Refunds Permitted in the Following Cases:
(a) Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same registration, notify billing@testtwenty.com within seven (7) calendar days. Verified duplicates will be refunded in full.
(b) Event Cancellation by Organizer: If Test Twenty® cancels an event, you may choose between (i) a full refund, or (ii) a credit transfer to another event.
(c) Technical Transaction Failure: If funds are debited but registration confirmation fails due to gateway or server error, the payment will be automatically reconciled or refunded within ten (10) business days.
4.3 Refunds are not available for:
(a) voluntary withdrawals;
(b) no-shows;
(c) partial attendance; or
(d) failure to meet eligibility criteria after registration.
4.4 Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. No cash refunds will be processed.
REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINES
5.1 To request a refund, email billing@testtwenty.com with your order ID, transaction reference, and proof of payment.
5.2 Once verified, approved refunds are initiated within seven (7) business days; completion may take an additional 5-7 days depending on the bank or card issuer.
5.3 All refunds are subject to reconciliation with payment gateway reports and anti-fraud verification.
CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Cancellation by User: Users cannot cancel or modify a confirmed registration except as provided in Clause 4.2.
6.2 Cancellation by Organizer: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond its control, including low enrolment, venue restrictions, or Force Majeure Events.
6.3 If cancellation occurs, Users will be promptly informed via registered email and offered a refund or credit transfer per Clause 4.2(b).
FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 The Company shall not be liable for delay or non-performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental orders, strikes, civil unrest, or internet failures (“Force Majeure Event”).
7.2 In such cases, the Company may reschedule events or extend validity of credits rather than issue refunds.
DELIVERY OF DIGITAL SERVICES
8.1 Upon successful payment, confirmation credentials are generated automatically and emailed within minutes.
8.2 If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, Users must contact support@testtwenty.com with payment details.
8.3 Digital access credentials (e.g., dashboards or event IDs) are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the registered participant.
DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS (FUTURE SCOPE)
9.1 Processing Time: Orders will generally be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days.
9.2 Delivery Timelines:
• UAE - 3 to 5 days
• India / GCC - 7 to 10 days
• International - 10 to 14 days
9.3 Shipping Partners: DHL, Aramex, FedEx, or Emirates Post (or their equivalents). Tracking numbers will be emailed upon dispatch.
9.4 Shipping Charges & Duties: Displayed at checkout. Customs or import duties, if applicable, are borne by the customer.
9.5 Risk & Title: Ownership and risk transfer to the User upon delivery to the carrier.
9.6 Lost or Delayed Items: If undelivered within twenty (20) days of dispatch, contact shipping@testtwenty.com for investigation and resolution.
EXCHANGE POLICY (FUTURE MERCHANDISE)
10.1 Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
10.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
10.3 Replacement or refund shall be processed after inspection and approval by our logistics team.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 The Company’s total liability for any claim arising under this Policy shall not exceed the value of the original transaction amount paid by the User.
11.2 Under no circumstance shall the Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect losses including loss of profits, goodwill, or opportunity.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 All disputes regarding transactions, refunds, or delivery must first be addressed to billing@testtwenty.com.
12.2 If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
12.3 For Indian Users, voluntary compliance is extended under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, but jurisdiction shall remain with UAE courts.
MODIFICATION OF POLICY
13.1 We may revise this Policy periodically. Updates take effect upon posting on www.testtwenty.com.
13.2 Users are encouraged to review the Policy before each transaction.
