TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,”, “you,” or “your”) and Parity Sports India Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India, having its principal office at 602, Archana Arcade, Block B, Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi 110048, and Parity Sports Services LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, having its principal office at Mainland License number: 1424909 218, Al Suaidi Building, Plot 247-0, Al Baraha Rd, Al Baraha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Parity Sports India Private Limited is the parent holding of the Test Twenty cricket ecosystem and all IPs associated with it.
By accessing or using www.testtwenty.com (“Website” or “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Definitions
1.1 “Account” means the digital profile created by a User for accessing registrations or services.
1.2 “Applicable Laws” means all laws, regulations, and guidelines of the UAE, UK/EU (GDPR), and India governing online commerce, data, and consumer protection.
1.3 “Event” means any trial, match, camp, or program organised under Test Twenty.
1.4 “Minor” means a natural person below 18 years of age; all minors require verified parental or guardian consent.
1.5 “Services” means the digital registration, payment, and communication tools provided through the Website.
1.6 “User Content” means all information, media, or data uploaded by the User.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2.2 The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use signifies acceptance.
ELIGIBILITY
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian must register on behalf of a Minor.
3.2 Users must provide accurate and complete information. The Company reserves the right to verify identities before confirming participation.
3.3 Registrations may be declined if incomplete, false, or inconsistent with eligibility criteria.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
4.1 To access Services, Users must create an Account with a valid email ID, phone number and secure password or OTP verification.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials.
4.3 Any activity under your Account shall be deemed performed by you. Report unauthorised access immediately to support@testtwenty.com.
USE OF PLATFORM
5.1 The Platform may be used only for lawful purposes connected to Test Twenty.
5.2 Users shall not:
(a) upload malicious code or harmful files;
(b) infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights;
(c) impersonate any person or organisation;
(d) harvest data or engage in spam activities.
5.3 Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
6.1 All registration fees and other charges are displayed in the relevant currency (INR, AED, USD)
6.2 Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
6.3 Once payment is confirmed, the User receives an electronic receipt and confirmation email.
6.4 Fees are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6.5 All taxes, duties, and bank charges are borne by the User unless stated otherwise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, and material - including Test Twenty, The Fourth Format, The Parity Rule, Coach Equity Program and The Junior Test Twenty Championship, are owned or licensed by Parity Sports India Private Limited and its subsidiary Parity Sports Services LLC (UAE).
7.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
7.3 No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
CODE OF CONDUCT AND PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
8.1 Participants must adhere to rules of fair play, integrity, and sportsmanship.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to disqualify or suspend any participant found engaging in misconduct, discrimination, doping, or corruption.
8.3 All participants consent to reasonable video, photo, and data recording for evaluation, analytics, and promotional purposes.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
9.1 Each User represents that they:
(a) have legal capacity to enter this agreement;
(b) will comply with all Applicable Laws;
(c) will not misuse the Platform or data.
9.2 The Company provides no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
DISCLAIMERS
10.1 Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
10.2 The Company disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
10.3 Participation in Test Twenty involves inherent risks associated with sports; Users and guardians accept such risks voluntarily.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
(a) loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
(b) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
(c) injury or loss arising from participation in any Event.
11.2 Total liability of the Company for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific registration.
INDEMNITY
12.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parity Sports India Private Limited and Parity Sports Services L.L.C, its officers, employees, affiliates, and advisors from any loss, claim, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
13.1 We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
13.2 Termination does not release either party from obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
FORCE MAJEURE
14.1 The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, governmental restrictions, war, or technical failures (“Force Majeure Event”).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the United Arab Emirates.
15.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of India.
15.3 For Indian users, the Company voluntarily extends compliance with Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020; however, all legal proceedings shall remain under UAE jurisdiction.
NOTICES
16.1 All legal notices shall be in writing and delivered via email to support@testtwenty.com or by registered post to the address specified above.
16.2 Notices from Users are deemed received only upon written acknowledgment from the Company.
SEVERABILITY
17.1 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
18.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Parity Sports India Private Limited and Parity Sports Services LLC, and supersedes all prior understandings relating to the Platform.
ASSIGNMENT
19.1 The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor.
19.2 Users may not assign their rights without prior written consent.
